Win Tickets to mUmU’s Baltic Bank Holiday Party
mUmU bring Marcel Dettmann and Answer Code Request to Liverpool on August Bank Holiday Sunday.
mUmU’s annual August bank holiday get together returns to the Baltic Triangle this weekend.
Having merrily weaved their way through the spring and summer in the city mUmU will once again curate an on-point techno and house odyssey with two of electronic music’s most revered names coming to the Great Baltic Warehouse, strengthening their reputation as one of the UK’s most consistent parties.
DJ and producer Marcel Dettmann is recognised as one of the most influential proponents of contemporary techno, his name synonymous with Berlin, Berghain and Hard Wax.
His stellar sets encompass the finest techno and banging Chicago sounds, merging old and new tunes from the past twenty-five years to incredible effect.
He will be joined by fellow Berghain resident and childhood friend Answer Code Request. Since entering the fore with his Subway Into EP, he continues to reinvent himself through the music he plays and produces.
Expect heavy duty, rhythmically entrancing material from one of German’s premier techno artists, who will be bringing additional textured layers of techno to the night.
mUmU’s resident Lee Rands will also be on the bill. Lee has been a part of the club since day one and remains its underpinning and inspiration behind the decks.
With plenty still to come in 2017, and looking ahead to their 10th anniversary next spring, mUmU’s forward-thinking ethos and loyal crowd from across the North West and beyond continue to cultivate stellar shows.
mUmU with Marcel Dettmann, Answer Code Request and Lee Rands takes place at the Great Baltic Warehouse from 10pm til 5am on Sunday 27th August. Tickets are on sale here.
