Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia announce second wave of acts plus special stage curators.

The festival that promises to destroy you has taken extra steps to ensure it by revealing a second wave of acts.

Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia takes place at the end of September with The Black Angels already announced as this years headline outfit.

Joining the party as part of the new additions will be Nordic psych legends Träd Gräs Och Stenar who will be delivering a rare UK set .

Keeping with the international additions Zambia’s lost psych troupe W.I.T.C.H. will be bringing a very different feel to the weekend in comparison to their Swedish peers, both of whom established themselves in the 1970’s.

Not to dwell on titans of the past Jane Weaver, GNOD and The Holydrug Couple will be keen to show how alive and well the genre still is, as fans from across the globe will once again congregate in the Baltic Triangle to celebrate all things PZYK.

In a first for them, Castle Face Records will host their very own showcase stage titled Irregular Orbits and set to feature Once & Future Band, Sunwatches, Male Gaze and more.

To top it all off everyone’s favourite cue wielding DJ will be returning as Steve Davis and Kavus Torabi team up on the decks, joining Andy Votel and The Brothers Grim.

Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia takes place on September 22nd and 23rd with tickets on sale now.
