WRONG Festival Announces 2018 Return To Liverpool Docklands

Fri 15 September, 2017

WRONG, a Festival for the Freakscene, is returning in spring 2018 for another day and night of noise.

WRONG Festival will return to the Liverpool Docklands on the 28th of April 2018 for its sophomore outing of visceral, vital and weird rock music.

Following the success of last year’s debut event, a cornucopia of outsiders will once again descend on the city to provide a feast for the senses which last time out saw the likes of Bo Ningen, The Wytches, Part Chimp and Heck unleash their aural savagery.

WRONG continues to tie together an extremely talented if sometimes overlooked pool of great, intuitive and exciting bands, as well as bringing in high profile acts who are leaders and legends of the Freakscene.

The event will take place across a trifecta of venues, the Invisible Wind Factory, the North Shore Troubadour and Drop the Dumbulls, playing host to over 30 bands from the early afternoon to the small hours of the morning.

Organised by Liverpool based record label Loner Noise, the bill will contain a wealth of bands from every level of the scene. The first announcement is coming soon.

Needless to say we’re thrilled to learn its returning for another year, even if our necks twinge at the thought!
