The Drag Race superstar launches her new show at the Empire Theatre this summer.

After a sell-out UK tour in 2017, Bianca Del Rio is returning this summer, launching her new show Blame It On Bianca Del Rio at Liverpool’s Empire Theatre.

Bianca is the alter ego of comic Roy Haylock, a drag performer and season six winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

Throughout the competition, his quick wit and willingness to mentor the younger queens struck a chord with viewers, and both Haylock and the character he created became firm fan favourites.

As a character and comedian, Bianca Del Rio is a self-professed “Clown in a gown,” a hilariously hateful comic known for her foul mouth and unapologetic humour, with her victims hardly having time to feel the sting before she zips on to the next topic.

Blame in on Bianca follows her global sell out comedy tours Not Today Satan and The Rolodex of Hate.

Originating from Louisiana, not only is Bianca an internationally known TV personality with glittering comedy credentials, she is also an award-winning costume designer and actor, having appeared in Rent, National Lampoons Dirty Movie, various TV productions and her own movie series Hurricane Bianca with Margaret Cho, Alan Cummings and RuPaul (the second instalment is due for release in May).

Bianca Del Rio plays Liverpool’s Empire Theatre with support Myra Dubois on Thursday 19th July 2018. Tickets are available now.
